Digital Growth & Web Analytics Intern – Equipment Rental Service
Position Overview
We are looking for a Digital Growth & Web Analytics Intern to support digital growth and website analytics for an engineering equipment service. The intern will focus on website content and structure improvement, SEO, supervised cloud and website platform support, database setup support, marketing analytics, customer data organization, market research, and AI-assisted data and workflow tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support website content, page structure, service descriptions and SEO improvement.
- Assist, under supervision, with website platform, cloud tool and content data migration checks.
- Assist with setting up a more structured digital database for website content, customer information and future analysis.
- Research the Hong Kong market, potential customer groups and the online presence of comparable services.
- Build and organize practical customer and market information using Excel, Google Sheets, public information, company websites and other available sources.
- Analyse collected data to support customer segmentation, opportunity identification and practical business decisions.
- Use AI tools to support data cleaning, content drafting, simple coding, workflow organization and progress updates.
Requirements
- Current university student in a STEM-related or technology/business interdisciplinary programme, such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Interest in website development, SEO, cloud-based tools, database organization, marketing analytics, data analysis, engineering services and AI-assisted workflows.
- Good Excel skills for data organization and simple analysis.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, website tools, SEO, Python, dashboards, cloud platforms, or web scraping would be helpful.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools is preferred.
- Good written English, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Spoken Chinese, either Cantonese or Mandarin, is required.

Engineering Product Development Intern – Equipment Rental Service
Position Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Product Development Intern to support practical product improvement for equipment used in engineering site environments. The intern will assist with testing, technical research, and documentation, while also helping to build and refine actual upgrade features under the guidance of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and document the current system setup, site-use workflow, and practical improvement needs.
- Research practical network connection, local viewing, secure access and site-use options.
- Help build, refine, and test practical upgrade features that improve the usability and performance of the equipment.
- Test video access, network stability, latency, battery use, portability, and ease of operation under practical conditions.
- Explore and apply basic technical approaches involving Linux, video streaming, network configuration, local storage, simple software interfaces, and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Prepare simple system diagrams, connection/configuration notes, test records, user operation instructions, and a brief final technical summary.
- Research possible future upgrade directions involving centralized monitoring, display, storage, and video analytics.
Requirements
- Current university student in a STEM-related programme, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Interest in IoT, networking, video streaming, hardware/software integration, site equipment, or practical product development.
- Basic knowledge of networking or Linux would be helpful.
- Familiarity with IP cameras, routers, mini PCs, NAS, OpenCV, Python, JavaScript, web interfaces, or simple backend development is preferred.
- Experience or interest in using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools is preferred.
- Willingness to test, troubleshoot, document, and improve real equipment.
- Good written English, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
- Spoken Chinese, either Cantonese or Mandarin, is required.
